You have a keen eye for detail and are focused on meeting site-level metric goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, delegating tasks effectively to ensure high performance. You will be responsible for the overall operations of the DashMart warehouse, which may include light food preparation in a kitchen setting. Your leadership will be crucial in driving employee satisfaction and maintaining a strong team culture. You will also oversee scheduling and manage the labor budget to optimize operational efficiency.

You will work closely with your team to provide the best possible experience for customers, focusing on key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed. You will collaborate with central teams, including inventory and training, to enhance team performance and operational processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly and meets the expectations of both the company and its customers.
