What you'll do

As a Staff Engineer on the Data Mobility Frameworks team, you will drive the vision and strategy for building frameworks that support the analytics workflows of a rapidly growing global business. You will lead technical discussions and decisions, ensuring that the frameworks you develop are scalable and reliable. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for implementing data quality assertions and declarative data transformations, ensuring that the data used for analytics is accurate and reliable. You will leverage your experience with machine learning to make the products you build work seamlessly with AI tools, enhancing their capabilities and performance. Additionally, you will mentor team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization. You will report to the Engineering Manager and contribute to the overall success of the Core Data Platform organization.
