You are comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with various departments such as Operations, Product, Finance, and Sales to support strategic initiatives. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the business outcomes for the Texas region, setting and driving towards targets for growth and profitability. You will lead a Strategy & Operations team, guiding them in executing strategic projects that harness opportunities crucial to the growth of DoorDash in Texas. Your responsibilities will include influencing cross-functional partners to align on strategic initiatives and ensuring that the team operates efficiently to achieve its goals.

You will be expected to run tests and scale insights, experimenting with different strategies to determine the most effective paths forward. Your role will require you to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions that impact the business positively. You will report to the General Manager of the US Local Markets team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the organization.
