Who you are
You are a technically skilled and customer-focused Forward Deployed Engineer with a strong coding ability in Python. You have experience managing complex API and webhook integrations, and you excel at bridging technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and scalability. Your proactive, problem-solving mindset enables you to tackle challenges effectively, ensuring the success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform.
You have a background in project management, which allows you to coordinate the development lifecycle of various third-party integrations and SIEMs. You are comfortable troubleshooting and resolving SSO and authentication-related issues, ensuring that clients have a smooth experience with the platform. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams makes you a valuable asset in driving successful outcomes for clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will enable the success of enterprise clients as they onboard onto the Doppel platform. You will coordinate the development lifecycle of various third-party integrations, ensuring that all systems work seamlessly together. Your responsibilities will include managing complex API and webhook integrations, which are critical for the platform's functionality. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any SSO and authentication-related issues that arise during the onboarding process.
You will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the onboarding process. Your technical skills will be essential in guiding clients through the integration of their systems with the Doppel platform, helping them to understand the technical aspects while also addressing their business needs. You will play a key role in ensuring that clients feel supported and confident in using the platform, ultimately contributing to their success and satisfaction.
