You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure alignment and progress towards shared objectives. What you'll do

In this role, you will drive execution across engineering, data/ML, and operations to ship an AI-native security platform — your ability to translate high-level goals into detailed project plans will be crucial. You will keep multiple workstreams unblocked, ensuring that teams have the resources and support they need to succeed. You will hold the team accountable to quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes, all while minimizing bureaucracy and maintaining agility.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables — your expertise in managing technical programs will help you navigate the complexities of product development in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope. Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns that may arise.
