Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end in fast-moving environments — you've successfully managed multiple workstreams and ensured teams remain unblocked while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Your strong technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems allows you to scope work effectively, surface risks, and make tradeoffs visible to stakeholders. You excel at translating ambiguous goals into clear, actionable plans that drive results.
You are excellent at breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks — your analytical mindset helps you identify potential roadblocks and devise strategies to overcome them. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure alignment and progress towards shared objectives. Your communication skills enable you to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive execution across engineering, data/ML, and operations to ship an AI-native security platform — your ability to translate high-level goals into detailed project plans will be crucial. You will keep multiple workstreams unblocked, ensuring that teams have the resources and support they need to succeed. You will hold the team accountable to quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes, all while minimizing bureaucracy and maintaining agility.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables — your expertise in managing technical programs will help you navigate the complexities of product development in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope. Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns that may arise.
