Who you are
You have a strong background in full stack development, with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. Your experience includes building scalable applications and APIs, particularly in the context of blockchain and decentralized governance. You possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptographic protocols, enabling you to contribute effectively to innovative projects.
You are familiar with AI-driven enhancements and have experience deploying transformer-based models to support governance use cases. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly across global time zones, contributing to a diverse team environment. You are passionate about open-source innovation and eager to push the boundaries of technology in the blockchain space.
Desirable
You have familiarity with CosmosSDK and have made contributions to AI/ML or blockchain-related open-source projects. Your flexibility and adaptability make you a valuable team member in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain full-stack applications and backend services that power DoraHacksβ governance products. You will work on integrating blockchain protocols, wallets, and identity systems, ensuring that the applications are scalable, secure, and performant. Your responsibilities will include deploying and optimizing transformer-based models to enhance governance functionalities.
You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet user needs and industry standards. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, as well as contributing to the overall architecture and design of new features. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and share your knowledge of best practices in full stack development.
