What you'll do
As a Tech Team Developer, you will be responsible for implementing features in our core application, ensuring that our software meets the needs of our nonprofit clients. You will research bug requests and quickly resolve issues, contributing to the overall functionality and user experience of our platform. Participating in bi-weekly sprint planning will be a key part of your role, allowing you to collaborate with your team on upcoming projects and priorities. Additionally, you will handle advanced troubleshooting on the tech support side, assisting our Client Success and Support teams when they need help for clients. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of fundraising efforts for numerous organizations.
