You are comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on advisor, able to adapt your approach based on the needs of the team and the organization.
You have a proven track record of integrating modern tools and AI into communications workflows, enhancing the effectiveness of internal messaging. Your experience partnering closely with HR and executive teams has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics and foster a culture of transparency and engagement. You are a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
What you'll do
As the Director of Internal Communication and Culture at Dropbox, you will own and deliver an integrated internal communications strategy that builds clarity and trust among employees. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for creative storytelling, executive communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leaders to ensure that employees understand the company's strategic direction and their role in achieving it.
You will be pivotal in modernizing the ways Dropbox amplifies its internal programs, leveraging creativity and innovation to engage employees in a Virtual First operating model. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing communication campaigns that connect strategy, product progress, and company culture, particularly as Dropbox enters its next phase of growth.
You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of internal communications and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve engagement strategies. Your leadership will help shape a culture of open communication and collaboration, ensuring that employees feel informed and inspired.
What we offer
Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $250,900—$339,500 USD depending on your location within the US.
