Who you are
You have a strong background in data science with a focus on product analytics, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your experience includes performing analytical deep-dives to analyze problems and opportunities, allowing you to identify hypotheses and design experiments that drive impactful insights. You possess robust knowledge of consumer lifecycle, behavior analysis, and customer segmentation, enabling you to create personalized strategies that enhance user engagement.
You are proficient in statistical packages like R or Python, which you use to build automated reporting and executive-facing dashboards that track key trends in acquisition, monetization, and engagement. Your ability to monitor and analyze a high volume of experiments allows you to advocate for new solutions grounded in data, influencing cross-functional teams effectively. You bring strong narrative framing to your analyses, helping to communicate insights that drive business decisions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, and design teams to answer key questions that drive impact in the AI and Core Experience area. You will perform analytical deep-dives to identify opportunities and design experiments that inform future experimentation roadmaps. Your work will involve creating personalized segmentation strategies leveraging propensity models to enable targeted offers based on user attributes.
You will identify key trends and build automated reporting dashboards to track the progress of acquisition, monetization, and engagement trends. Additionally, you will advocate for new solutions and build momentum cross-functionally to move ideas forward. Your insights will be crucial in optimizing user experiences and enhancing the overall product offering.
