Your experience includes overseeing vendor management, ensuring smooth onboarding and billing processes for outside counsel and legal vendors. You are adept at managing legal team KPIs and reporting, using data to measure performance and value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and lead legal team workflows, policies, and processes aimed at improving operational efficiency. You will implement and manage legal technology tools, including contract lifecycle management (CLM), eBilling, and matter management systems. Your responsibilities will also include driving legal department KPIs, creating reports, and developing dashboards to measure performance and value.

You will oversee outside counsel and legal vendor engagements, managing their onboarding and billing processes. Collaborating with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams will be essential as you work on various operational initiatives. You will maintain centralized repositories for contracts, templates, policies, and legal knowledge, ensuring that the legal team has access to the information they need.

Your role will also involve project and change management, leading initiatives that enhance the operational infrastructure of Dropbox's legal function. You will be a key driver of efficiency and innovation, shaping how the legal team operates today and scales for the future.
