Your background includes delivering work across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and churn. You are adept at balancing incremental improvements with visionary goals, ensuring that your designs not only meet current needs but also anticipate future challenges. Your experience includes creating or contributing to design systems, allowing for consistency and efficiency in design processes.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex business challenges into intuitive user experiences. Your ability to conduct user research and usability testing informs your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create are grounded in real user needs. You stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking to elevate your design practice and the experiences you create.

Experience with design systems and a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes will set you apart. Familiarity with launching experiments focused on customer and business impact is a plus, as is a track record of participating in design critiques that uphold high standards of aesthetic and interaction quality.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer on the Dropbox Growth team, you will create systems and experiences that measurably improve the lifecycle of our 700M+ global users. You will translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. Your role will involve developing and iterating on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. You will launch experiments with a focus on customer and business impact, incorporating learnings into future work to continuously refine your designs.

You will actively participate in regular design team critiques, pursuing the highest standards of aesthetic and interaction quality. Conducting user research and usability testing will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to transform business challenges and product hypotheses into tangible, quantifiable, and solvable customer problems. Your partnership with Engineers will ensure that the solutions you design are brought to life with seamless and high-quality execution.
