Who you are
You have a strong background in trading and technology, with a focus on options. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate with traders and developers, ensuring that new requirements are clearly understood and prioritized. You thrive in environments that value autonomy and innovation, and you are comfortable working with complex financial instruments.
You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess the impacts of proposed projects and make informed recommendations. Your familiarity with Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodity Options (FICCO) will be crucial as you help drive the development of DRW's proprietary electronic options execution platform.
What you'll do
In this role, you will initiate and organize discussions with traders to identify new requirements and appraise the expected impacts of proposed projects. You will develop technology requirements and plans, ensuring that they are clearly specified in tickets, stories, and epics. Your ability to prioritize effectively will help accelerate the delivery of valuable trading opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure that the technology solutions align with trading strategies and market demands. Your insights will play a key role in shaping the direction of DRW's trading operations, and you will be expected to stay informed about market trends and technological advancements.
