What you'll do

As the Head of Canton Product Strategy, you will own the 0→1 journey for new capital-markets businesses on crypto/DeFi rails. You will author comprehensive business plans that include market sizing, customer identification, unit economics, pricing strategies, and resource planning for each venture. You will define the go-to-market strategy, focusing on segmentation, value propositions, channels, partnerships, and launch criteria. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution. You will also be responsible for establishing metrics to measure success and iterating on strategies based on performance data. You will lead pilot structures and oversee the transition from concept to market launch, ensuring that all aspects of the product meet the high standards expected at DRW. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.
