What you'll do

In this role, you will take full ownership of data solutions that support DRW's trading operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data infrastructure that ensures seamless data flow and accessibility. Your responsibilities will include developing APIs for fast data retrieval and maintaining the quality and integrity of large datasets. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing data systems to enhance performance.

You will work closely with traders and researchers to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. This involves conducting data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform trading strategies. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices within the team. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
