What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a small team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing guidance and support as they deliver a high-touch onboarding experience for new hires across all levels of the organization. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure that every step of the hiring process is efficient and compliant. Your responsibilities will include refining workflows and implementing scalable processes that enhance the overall candidate experience. You will also coach your team, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.
