What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer at Dscout, you will lead the development of our UX research platform, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of technology — you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define the technical direction and architecture of our products. Your role will involve designing and implementing new features that leverage AI to enhance user research capabilities.

You will oversee the integration of various technologies, including React for the frontend and Elixir for the backend, ensuring seamless communication between components through GraphQL — your expertise in PostgreSQL will be crucial for managing our database needs effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining high technical quality and performance standards across the platform.

You will mentor and guide a team of engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers — you will conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment where innovation can thrive. Your leadership will be key in driving the continued growth and evolution of our technology stack.
