What you'll do

As the Accounting Manager at DTEN, you will oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and timely. You will supervise two direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Your interaction with sales, supply chain, production, and R&D teams will be essential in fostering collaboration and ensuring financial processes align with business objectives.

You will manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring that all journal entries are properly booked and that account reconciliations are completed accurately. Your role will also involve providing monthly financial and accounting reports, offering valuable insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

In addition, you will lead the US sales tax filing and reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will manage payroll and benefits, processing ADP payroll to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time. Your support for global cost accounting and inventory reporting will be vital in maintaining financial accuracy across the organization.

You will also play a key role in supporting budget and forecasting activities, helping the company plan for future financial performance. Your involvement in audits and other tax filing and reporting will ensure that DTEN remains compliant with all financial regulations. You will provide support for departmental inquiries and ad-hoc analysis, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the company's financial health.
