Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the education or technology sectors. You are skilled in driving product strategy and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. Your analytical mindset allows you to perform qualitative and quantitative research effectively, validating feature ideas and optimizing product performance. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with executive leadership and product designers to ensure a delightful user experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about education and technology, eager to contribute to a mission that impacts millions of learners worldwide.
Desirable
Experience in the education technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with user experience design principles. You may have a background in data analysis or A/B testing, which will help you make informed decisions based on user feedback and performance metrics. A strong understanding of product development cycles and agile methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for the Duolingo Score team, you will define the vision and drive product development to establish a globally recognized scoring system. You will work closely with executive leadership to align product strategy with the company's mission of making education universally accessible. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire creative cycle of product features, from ideation and specification to development, release, analysis, and iteration. You will partner with product designers to ensure that the user experience is engaging and enjoyable, while also collaborating with engineers to guide feature development effectively. Additionally, you will perform experiment analysis on features, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement based on user data and feedback.
