You have experience in full-cycle recruiting or operations within veterinary medicine, healthcare, or telehealth — you understand the unique challenges and workflows that come with supporting veterinary professionals. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes effectively.

You are process-driven and comfortable managing complex workflows independently — your ability to think critically and solve problems will help you enhance the provider experience at Dutch. You are motivated by the mission of making veterinary care more accessible and supportive for both pets and their caregivers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire doctor journey from recruitment through onboarding and into active practice — ensuring that Dutch can scale its veterinary workforce smoothly. You will collaborate with various internal teams to create operational systems that support our veterinarians and improve their experience.

You will analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement — your insights will help shape the future of our operations and ensure that we can meet the growing demand for veterinary telemedicine services. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with veterinarians and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
