What you'll do
In this role, you will support the operational and analytical needs of the Professional Services organization at Elastic. You will document and maintain operational processes and workflows, ensuring they are efficient and effective. You will also maintain analytical reports that cover key metrics such as services revenue, bookings, utilization, and delivery mix, helping the team make informed decisions based on data.
You will collaborate with the Sr Operations Analyst and Operations Director to ensure accurate reporting and strong operational hygiene. Your contributions will be vital in supporting resource planning and compliance activities, as well as month-end activities.
