What you'll do

In this role, you will be the technical leader for Elastic's Search team, responsible for shaping the architecture and vision of the Search products. You will connect core technologies, such as Elasticsearch, to real-world business needs, enabling customers to create powerful search experiences. Your leadership will guide the development of foundational infrastructure and user-facing features, ensuring that using Elasticsearch is straightforward and efficient.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define the roadmap for search capabilities.
