What you'll do

In this role, you will lead impactful projects that enhance the Engineering Productivity team’s capabilities. You will be responsible for solving technical challenges of significant scope and complexity, ensuring that the platform evolves to meet the needs of Elastic teams. Your work will involve advocating for the Engineering Productivity vision and gathering feedback from various stakeholders to refine project goals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in software development, focusing on Continuous Delivery and securing the Software Supply Chain. Your leadership will guide the team in pushing boundaries and innovating workflows that improve efficiency and effectiveness in software development processes.
