What you'll do

In this role, you will be the technical leader for Elastic's Search team, responsible for shaping the architecture and vision of the Search products. You will connect core technologies, such as Elasticsearch, to real-world business needs, enabling customers to build powerful applications. Your leadership will ensure that using Elasticsearch is straightforward and flexible, allowing for extensive configuration of search and relevance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop foundational infrastructure and user-facing features that enhance the search experience. Your role will involve guiding the team in best practices for software development, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
