Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly with .NET technologies, and have a strong understanding of software architecture and design principles. Your expertise in C# and ASP.NET allows you to build robust applications that meet client needs effectively. You possess leadership qualities that enable you to guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and can manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines. You are passionate about sustainable technology and eager to contribute to projects that have a positive impact on society.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies. A background in consulting or working with clients in the energy sector can enhance your fit for this role.
What you'll do
