You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in machine learning or AI-driven products. Your ability to understand complex technologies and translate them into user-friendly solutions sets you apart. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring innovative products to market. What you'll do
In this role, you will take the foundations established by Elicit and build upon them to create even more impactful solutions for researchers. You will prioritize product features that enhance user experience and drive engagement, leveraging your understanding of language models and AI technologies. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will define the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product ideas, using this information to inform your decisions. As a Senior ML Product Manager, you will also mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. Your work will directly influence the future of Elicit and its mission to improve reasoning in the world.
What we offer
Elicit provides a competitive salary range for this role, with starting salaries for Senior (L4) positions between $190,000 and $250,000, and for Expert (L5) positions between $220,000 and $290,000, along with equity options.
