You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess a solid understanding of AI technologies and applications. You have experience in analyzing customer requirements and translating them into effective AI solutions that align with business goals. Your ability to document and understand complex processes is highly desirable, and you thrive in collaborative environments.
You have a strong background in building and deploying AI applications, particularly in enterprise settings. Your experience includes integrating AI solutions with existing customer data and applications, ensuring seamless connectivity through effective API implementation. You are adept at evaluating and improving AI model performance, identifying patterns in data to troubleshoot issues, and recommending enhancements.
What you'll do
As an AI Application Engineer at Ema, you will be responsible for building and customizing Agentic AI applications tailored for Fortune 500 companies. You will align GenAI solutions with customer needs and business objectives, leading the deployment of these applications at an enterprise scale. Your role will involve analyzing customer data structures and integrating them with existing systems to ensure a smooth transition and functionality.
You will implement APIs and integration protocols that facilitate seamless connectivity between AI applications and customer systems. Engaging directly with enterprise customers, you will understand their needs and provide technical guidance to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams across engineering, product, and customer success to drive the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions.
