Who you are

You are an ambitious engineer with some hands-on industry experience — ideally 2+ years — and a strong desire to apply your skills in a real-world, high-impact environment. You are comfortable writing production-level code and are curious about state-of-the-art machine learning techniques. You thrive on solving complex problems, especially those at the intersection of machine learning, systems, and language. You are motivated by impact and excited to join a tight-knit, fast-moving team where you can learn quickly and contribute meaningfully from day one.

Desirable

An interest in startup culture and building 0→1 systems is a plus. You are eager to prototype and experiment with LLM-based architectures and agentic systems, and you have a keen interest in processing and analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work alongside senior ML engineers to research, build, and deploy machine learning models across various domains including NLP, retrieval, ranking, and reasoning. You will help prototype and experiment with LLM-based architectures and agentic systems, contributing to the development of innovative AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include processing and analyzing large-scale datasets, building data pipelines, and contributing to model training and evaluation. You will also participate in the deployment of models in production and assist with validation experiments such as A/B testing to ensure robustness and effectiveness.
