Ema is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to enhance their brand presence and build a community of enterprise leaders. You'll focus on content creation and social media strategy, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in social media management and community building — you've successfully scaled social media channels and understand the nuances of engaging with diverse audiences. Your background includes creating compelling content that resonates with enterprise leaders and drives brand awareness. You are skilled in analyzing social media metrics and using data to inform your strategies, ensuring that your efforts yield optimal return on ad spend (RoAS).

You possess a strong understanding of various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram — you know how to tailor content to fit each platform's unique audience and maximize engagement. Your creativity shines through in your storytelling abilities, allowing you to craft narratives that captivate and inspire. You are also adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand goals.

What you'll do

As the Social Media & Community Manager at Ema, you will be responsible for scaling Ema's LinkedIn presence from 30K to over 100K followers through bold and creative storytelling. You will maintain a consistent four-week rolling calendar across social media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring that content is timely and relevant. Your role will involve writing or editing one blog per week, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and leadership to deliver content at scale.

You will work with the design team to repurpose existing content, such as whitepapers and interviews, into engaging formats like carousels and short videos. Continuous experimentation will be key in your role, as you will identify new distribution channels and formats to enhance Ema's social presence. You will track performance metrics and run creative experiments to optimize engagement and community growth.
