You have 6-8 years of experience as a BI Engineer or in a related role, showcasing your ability to develop data-driven insights that support business strategies. Your proficiency in Tableau allows you to create dashboards, reports, calculated fields, and advanced visualizations that drive decision-making. You are also skilled in Qlik, utilizing QlikView and Qlik Sense to build reports, dashboards, and data models that enhance business intelligence capabilities.

Your strong SQL skills enable you to write and optimize complex queries, ensuring efficient data extraction and transformation. You have experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts, which are crucial for maintaining data integrity and consistency. Your problem-solving skills and keen eye for detail allow you to troubleshoot issues effectively, ensuring high-quality data for analysis.

Excellent communication skills are one of your strengths, as you can explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across departments. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and deliver results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau and Qlik, creating insightful and visually appealing dashboards and reports that meet the needs of various stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data visualizations. Writing complex SQL queries will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you extract, transform, and analyze data from various databases to support business intelligence initiatives.

You will work closely with data engineers to define and implement data pipelines and integrations, ensuring that the BI solutions are scalable and secure. Monitoring data quality will be essential, as you will troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain data integrity. Staying updated with the latest BI trends, technologies, and best practices will be part of your continuous improvement efforts in our BI processes.
