You have over 8 years of experience in managing RPA projects, with a strong understanding of the RPA SDLC from requirements gathering to production deployment and support. Your background includes collaborating closely with business teams to analyze current processes and prioritize RPA implementations effectively. You are adept at resolving blockers and dependencies, ensuring that offshore teams can operate independently and efficiently. Your communication skills enable you to report and escalate issues to management as necessary, fostering a transparent and productive work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support and manage existing bots in production, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. You will take charge of the complete RPA SDLC, from gathering requirements to deploying solutions and providing ongoing support. Collaborating with business teams will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to understand their processes and identify opportunities for RPA implementation. You will also be responsible for resolving any blockers or dependencies that may arise, allowing your offshore team to support the business processes effectively during business hours.
