What you'll do

As a Clinical Research Associate at Equip Health, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's mission to provide effective treatment for eating disorders. You will work closely with the VP of Clinical Excellence to design and implement both internal and external research initiatives. This includes developing research protocols, recruiting participants, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. You will analyze data and present findings to stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of treatment programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, dietitians, and physicians, to integrate research findings into clinical practice. Your work will directly impact the quality of care provided to patients, helping to shape evidence-based treatment strategies. You will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to promote Equip's research initiatives and share insights that can benefit the broader community.
