You have a strong background in security risk management, with experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks. You understand the importance of protecting customer data and have a keen ability to evaluate and articulate risk positions against a defined risk appetite. Your expertise includes conducting thorough risk assessments and overseeing remediation plans to enhance security controls. You are familiar with compliance standards such as NIST SP800-53 and can ensure that the risk function aligns with these requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to work with a high-functioning team that values autonomy and innovation.
What you'll do
As a Security Risk Manager at ESO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the risk management framework. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cyber risk management and control framework. You will conduct risk assessments to understand and quantify inherent and residual risks, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to stakeholders. You will oversee and report on risk remediation plans, working closely with the security and IT teams to enhance controls and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Your role will involve continuous improvement of vulnerability assessment processes to protect customer data from evolving threats. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure that security measures are integrated into all products and systems.
