With a background in financial management, you are adept at budget planning, tracking, and cost forecasting β€” you understand the importance of financial analysis in driving business decisions and ensuring compliance. Your experience in stakeholder coordination allows you to effectively manage relationships and expectations across various teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to lead third-party licensing negotiations, ensuring that agreements meet the business needs of Esri’s product suite. You will own the financial management of third-party relationships, which includes annual budget planning and performance assessments. Regular business reviews will be part of your responsibilities, where you will assess risks and opportunities, translating strategies into actionable plans.

You will evaluate third-party proposals and partnerships, assessing their risk and value while negotiating terms that protect and advance Esri’s business interests. Your role will be crucial in driving innovation and meeting the evolving technology and business needs of the organization.
