Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in collection account management, demonstrating strong communication skills across various platforms including phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. You excel at prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking effectively while maintaining high attention to detail. Your motivation and passion for getting work done consistently and thoughtfully shine through in both independent and collaborative settings. You possess a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook, with bonus points for Excel expertise.

What you'll do

In this role, you will apply payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies for Esri customers. You will contact customers through phone and written correspondence to maintain a statement of accounts for your assigned customers. Additionally, you will complete credit reviews for both new and existing customers, process all aspects of customer account maintenance, and recommend credit limits, credit holds, and release orders as necessary. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth operation of the Accounts Receivable team, supporting both domestic and international customers across various industries.
