Who you are
You are a Senior Sales Recruiter with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level candidates. You take action and are adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders through data-driven insights, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of talent market dynamics. You are an expert at sourcing talent in multiple geographical markets simultaneously, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and comfort with adapting to change.
With experience in full-cycle recruiting, you own the employee selection efforts for the Global Business Development Division. You partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a plan to hit goals and deliver quality and timely results. Your ability to create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies allows you to find professionals across a variety of roles within the sales organization.
You excel at building solid relationships with sales leadership teams, serving as a talent partner before, during, and after the recruiting process. You manage candidates in process and ensure they have a positive candidate experience, fostering a supportive environment throughout their journey.
Desirable
Experience in a technology or software company is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies. You understand the nuances of the sales landscape and can adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of the business.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive results by owning the full-cycle recruiting process for the Global Business Development Division. You will partner closely with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a strategic plan to meet those goals. Your focus will be on delivering quality candidates in a timely manner, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company's growth objectives.
You will create and execute innovative sourcing strategies that attract top talent across various sales roles. This includes leveraging branding initiatives, sourcing techniques, and referrals to build a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates. Your ability to influence and engage with key stakeholders will be crucial in achieving recruitment success.
As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will also manage the candidate experience, ensuring that each candidate feels valued and informed throughout the recruitment process. You will provide regular updates to candidates and maintain open lines of communication, fostering a positive relationship that reflects well on Esri.
