You have a strong background in geospatial technologies and have worked with GIS solutions — your experience includes collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and translating them into effective geospatial strategies. You are skilled in using ArcGIS and have a deep understanding of how to leverage location intelligence to drive decision-making.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences — whether you're demonstrating GIS workflows or providing platform configuration guidance, you can articulate your ideas clearly and effectively. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to tackle complex geospatial challenges and recommend innovative solutions that deliver substantial value to customers.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working as part of a team — you are a trusted adviser to clients and partners, guiding them through the implementation of geospatial solutions. Your ability to listen and facilitate discussions helps you build strong relationships with stakeholders across various industries.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with customers to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform — your contributions will directly impact how clients utilize location intelligence to make informed decisions. You will provide platform configuration guidance and best practices, ensuring that customers maximize their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services.
You will present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various stakeholders, showcasing the capabilities of the ArcGIS platform — your ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner will be crucial in helping clients understand the value of geospatial solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and architectures that meet customer needs.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating customer workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and recommending relevant strategies for implementation and migration — you will play a key role in driving customer success and satisfaction.
