You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, specifically with Ruby on Rails — you've built scalable applications and understand the intricacies of web development. Your expertise in Ruby allows you to write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
You are passionate about AI and its potential to redefine human relationships — your interest in emerging technologies drives you to stay updated with the latest trends in AI and machine learning. You have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and are comfortable working in an agile environment. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges effectively.
What you'll do
As a Senior Ruby-on-Rails Engineer at EverAI, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services that power our AI companionship platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure that our products are built to scale.
