What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at EverAI, you will play a crucial role in shaping the infrastructure that supports our AI companionship platform. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid deployment cycles, ensuring that our development teams can deliver features quickly and reliably. Your expertise will help us maintain high availability and performance standards as we scale our user base from 35 million to 100 million and beyond.

You will collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance and reliability, providing guidance on best practices for deployment and monitoring. Your role will involve automating repetitive tasks and improving system efficiency, allowing the team to focus on innovation rather than maintenance. You will also be responsible for implementing security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will contribute to a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team. You will mentor junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of DevOps practices. Your insights will be valuable in shaping the future of our infrastructure and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of AI technology.
