What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at EverAI, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our flagship AI companionship platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our designs are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and accessible.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. By analyzing user behavior and feedback, you will iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience. You will also contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across our product offerings.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will mentor junior designers and help foster a culture of design excellence within the team. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, helping to elevate the overall quality of our design work.
