You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into innovative design solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at EverAI, you will lead the design process for our flagship AI companionship platform. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our diverse user base. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your vision clearly and effectively.

You will collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and business goals. Your role will involve conducting usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that we continuously improve our user experience. You will also mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
