What you'll do

As the Tech Lead for LLM & Generative AI at EverAI, you will spearhead the development of our flagship AI products, ensuring they meet the needs of our growing user base. You will lead a team of engineers and researchers, guiding them in the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions that enhance user interactions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of projects, ensuring that best practices in AI development are followed. This includes conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to explore new opportunities for collaboration and innovation in the AI space.
