What you'll do

As the Tech Lead for LLM & Generative AI at EverAI, you will spearhead the development of our flagship AI products, ensuring they are safe, ethical, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define the technical roadmap and drive the execution of AI initiatives. Your role will involve hands-on coding, architecture design, and overseeing the deployment of AI models at scale.

You will also be responsible for establishing best practices in AI development, including model training, evaluation, and deployment processes. Your insights will help shape the future of AI companionship, as you work to enhance user engagement and satisfaction through innovative features.
