What you'll do

As the Technical Lead for LLM & Generative AI at EverAI, you will spearhead the development of our flagship AI products, guiding a talented team of engineers and researchers in creating cutting-edge solutions that resonate with our growing user base. You will oversee the design and implementation of AI models, ensuring they align with our vision of ethical and human-first technology.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into technical requirements, driving the development process from concept to deployment. Your role will involve mentoring team members, sharing your expertise in AI technologies, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

You will also be responsible for evaluating new technologies and methodologies in the AI space, ensuring that EverAI remains at the forefront of innovation. Your insights will help shape our product roadmap and influence strategic decisions as we aim to expand our user base from 40 million to 100 million and beyond.
