Everlywell is seeking a Nurse Educator & Quality Assurance Specialist to support provider education and ensure high-quality clinical documentation. This role focuses on educating an interdisciplinary provider network and conducting clinical quality reviews.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a clinically experienced Nurse Educator with a strong attention to detail, ready to support provider education and ensure high-quality clinical documentation across a digital health ecosystem. You understand the importance of best practices and documentation standards in healthcare, and you are passionate about promoting consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance in clinical workflows.
You have experience working with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants. Your ability to communicate effectively and educate others on evolving clinical workflows is a key strength. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in clinical documentation and consults.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on educating our provider network on best practices and documentation standards. You will conduct clinical quality reviews of telehealth consults and documentation, ensuring that all interactions meet safety and regulatory compliance standards. Your work will directly impact the quality of care delivered to patients and the effectiveness of our healthcare services.
