Overview

Everlywell is seeking Remote Certified Medical Assistants to support virtual patient care programs. You'll assist patients throughout the telehealth process, ensuring accurate intake documentation and providing technology support. This part-time contract position offers flexible scheduling options.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a Certified Medical Assistant with experience in telehealth or virtual patient care. You understand the importance of accurate patient intake and documentation, and you are comfortable using technology to assist patients in a remote setting. You have strong communication skills and are able to escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses as needed. You are adaptable and can work flexible hours, including day, evening, and PRN shifts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist patients throughout the telehealth process, helping them complete electronic portal check-ins and connecting them to video visits. You will obtain vital sign measurements from home and provide an accurate medical history. Your responsibilities will include participating in medication reconciliation and completing screening questionnaires. You will ensure accurate intake documentation and provide proactive technology support to enhance the patient experience. You will also be responsible for escalating any clinical concerns to Registered Nurses as necessary, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
