What you'll do

In this role, you will primarily work within a broader clinical care setting, assisting with fundamental tasks related to patient care. You will engage with patients to ensure they receive the necessary support and guidance throughout their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with other healthcare professionals, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring that all clinical protocols are followed to maintain high standards of care.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across all 50 states and Puerto Rico, contributing to the mission of improving access to diagnostic testing and telehealth services. Your role will be crucial in shaping a new paradigm in healthcare, where patients can receive timely and effective care from the comfort of their homes. You will also be involved in implementing national programs that enhance the quality of consumer education and access to clinicians.
