What you'll do

As the Director of AI Engineering, you will lead the development and delivery of advanced AI solutions for Faculty's Financial Services Business unit. You will be responsible for defining the technical vision and strategy for AI projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive business value. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

You will mentor and guide a talented team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices.
