You are eligible for UK Security Clearance and are comfortable working on-site with Defence clients, demonstrating your commitment to the sensitive nature of the projects you undertake.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of machine learning models and AI solutions tailored to the needs of Defence clients. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design and implement cutting-edge AI technologies that enhance operational capabilities. Your work will involve conducting research to identify the most effective AI methodologies and ensuring that all solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices.

You will engage directly with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements, translating these insights into actionable AI strategies. Your leadership will guide the team in executing projects from conception through deployment, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As part of your responsibilities, you will stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI, leveraging this knowledge to drive improvements in existing solutions and explore new opportunities for innovation. You will participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating the value of AI technologies and how they can transform operations in the Defence sector.
