What you'll do

As an Applied AI / ML Scientist at Faire, you will lead the development of machine learning algorithms that power our Search Ads products. You will work closely with the Ads Data team to design systems that optimize ad relevance and improve advertiser outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing large datasets to derive insights that inform algorithmic decisions and enhance the overall effectiveness of our advertising products.

You will be responsible for advancing our ML strategy by implementing state-of-the-art techniques in NLP and machine learning. This includes experimenting with various models and approaches to find the best solutions for our unique challenges in the wholesale advertising space. You will also collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that your algorithms are effectively integrated into our systems.
