You excel at working cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and Security teams, ensuring that compliance standards are met while maintaining the integrity of systems. You are adept at managing both internal and external audit requests, and you perform deep technical risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.

Your ability to navigate the intricacies of compliance in a tech-driven environment sets you apart as a leader in this field. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the IT SOX compliance efforts at Faire, ensuring that all systems and processes adhere to regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with IT, Engineering, and Security teams to develop and implement effective compliance strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing audit requests, conducting risk assessments, and developing control frameworks that support the company's growth objectives. You will also be responsible for training and guiding team members on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
You will work closely with the Director of SOX to report on compliance status and identify areas for improvement. Your insights will help shape the company's compliance strategy and ensure that it aligns with business goals. You will also stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure that Faire remains compliant in a rapidly evolving landscape.
